CONTEST RULES:

Before you play, it is important that you read the Rules below.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISION OF THE JUDGES. THEIR DECISION IS FINAL.
THESE RULES CONSTITUTE THE OFFICIAL RULES OF THIS CONTEST.


TO ENTER THE CONTEST:
If you are 18 years old or younger, you must first get your parents' permission to enter. Just follow the Contest Guidelines linked to from the Summer Contest Series Main page. You must include your name, telephone number, street address and email address. Your submission form along with your answers is your official entry into the contest.

This contest is only available online here at www.CityofAngel.com and is open to all citizens of all countries. All personal information will be kept highly confidential.


WINNERS:
There will be a total of Six (6) Winners. This includes:

One (1) First Place Winner
Five (5) Second Place Winners


All decisions as to the winners are final. If winners are under 18 years of age, prizes may be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian on the winner's behalf. At the close of the contest, all entries will be gathered and a random drawing of correct entries will choose the winners.


DEADLINE:
Online entries must be posted to CityofAngel.com as follows:

Contest begins Monday August 11th, 2003 and concludes Friday September 5th, 2003. Entries must be posted no later than 8:00pm, Eastern Standard Time on Friday September 5th, 2003. All winners will be posted at 8:00pm EST on Monday September 8th, 2003 at CityofAngel.com. Confirmation of winners will follow.


CityofAngel.com STANDARD CONTEST RULES

1. TO ENTER THE CONTEST:
   Follow the instructions posted in the contest Guidelines linked to on the Summer Contest Series Main page. All entries submitted after the deadline date as listed above will be disqualified. You agree that those named below are not liable for entries that fall into the "disqualified" entries listed below:
   
   
   • CityofAngel.com
   • Inkworks, Inc.
   • Those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this promotion and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers and agencies.
   • The officers, employees and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or this promotion.
     
     
2. CONTEST AND NOTIFICATION:
   Your entry is property of CityofAngel.com and Inkworks, Inc. All winners will be notified by phone, email or mail. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during ten (10) business days from the first attempt of CityofAngel.com, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternative winner may be selected.
   
   Please allow 4-6 weeks from the close of the contest for the delivery of any of the prizes won in this contest.
   
   
3. ELIGIBILITY:
   If you fall into one of the following categories, you cannot enter this contest:
   
   
   • Employees of CityofAngel.com
   • Employees of Inkworks, Inc.
   • Employees of any Contest Companies
   • If you have previously won in the 2003 Summer Contest Series.
   • Those involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of this promotion and their immediate families and members of their households are ineligible to participate in the contest.
     
     
4. RULES/WINNERS LIST
